We are a small business with every intention of growing! As we do so, we'll make it a priority to cut down on the time it takes to get you your order so that you can receive your items even faster in the future. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and patronage in the early stages of Girl Wonderful!

We keep a limited amount of stock on-hand.  When you order an in-stock item, we will ship it out within approximately 3-5 business days. Any items not in stock are made to order, and ready to ship in 4 weeks. If there is any way for us to ship your item sooner, we absolutely will. We will contact you if any of the items in your order are not currently in stock. 

We ship via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method possible. 

Domestic orders will take between 3 to 5 business days for travel. Girl Wonderful is not responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered packages. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.  We are unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance, you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering.

International orders are average 5-15 business days for delivery.

Girl Wonderful is not responsible for customs delays, lost or stolen packages. International package IDs are not tracking numbers, but parcel numbers to confirm your shipment. If you would like a tracking ID, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Items will ship to the shipment address listed in the order confirmation. This includes Paypal addresses. Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser. 


We accept Paypal and Credit Cards. All purchases must be paid for before your items can ship.

Sales Tax will be charged where it applies.

Refunds, Exchanges & Cancelations

As a small business with stock that is entirely made to order, all sales are final. 

Order cancellations, additions, or item swaps are unavailable 24 hours after your order is placed.

If you need to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs. So, please be sure to contact us with any questions before making your purchase. All exchanges must take place within 30 days of the original purchase.

If your item is damaged upon arrival or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package. We will be more than happy to assist you.

If you have any additional questions, please contact us and we’ll do our best to respond within 1-2 business days. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
